The State of Texas requires 180
hours of coursework before sitting for the licensing test. Courses are involved
six segments:
• Standards of Real Estate I (30 hours)
• Standards of Real Estate II (30 hours)
• Law of Agency (30 hours)
• Law of Contracts (30 hours)
• Proclaimed Contract Forms (30 hours)
• Real estate Finance (30 hours)
All courses will set you up for the authorizing test and your vocation in real estate. After finishing the classes, you'll be prepared to assist your customers with selling their farm close to Amarillo or purchase a bungalow in Waco.
